According to IPADA 24.39.70 — Rules Governing Installation of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Systems, where differences occur between the IMC, IFGC, or IRC and Title 54, Chapter 50, Idaho Code and IDAPA 07, Title 07, the provisions in Idaho Code and IDAPA rules apply.
