Your Wellshire ham is fully cooked and requires no heating before being served. Overheating can dry the ham, however if you prefer to warm your ham prior to serving, please follow these instructions.


1.Remove ham from outer foil wrapper and plastic bag.


2. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Place ham face down on rack in a suitably sized roasting pan.


3. Add 1/4″ of water to bottom of pan to retain moisture. Cover ham with aluminum foil to prevent moisture from escaping.


4. Using a scale of 7-8 minutes per pound, heat ham until the internal temperature reaches 140 degrees F. Check using standard meat thermometer.
